The man who shot a pastor in Idaho made it to Washington and was arrested by the Secret Service after throwing objects over the White House fence. Oh, but that's not the weird part. He claims that we are about to be invaded by a reptilian race of aliens from space. You can guess that this man has a history of mental illness.
